Use of PushSEO, a service by Push Digital, is subject to these terms. Signing up or using the service means you accept them.
The service
PushSEO provides tools to analyse website performance, track it and receive recommendations to improve SEO and GEO. The service is under development and features may change or be unavailable.
Your account
- You must provide accurate details and keep your password confidential.
- The organization owner is responsible for the permissions granted to team members.
- You agree to connect only websites, Search Console properties and Google Analytics properties you are authorised to manage.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, to access others' data without permission, to bypass security or quota limits, or to overload the service.
Third-party services
Connections to Google Search Console and Google Analytics are also subject to Google's terms. Keyword research uses DataForSEO. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
Information and recommendations are provided "as is". We do not guarantee any particular search ranking outcome and are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes and governing law
We will notify you of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
